The nurses are amazing! The care from all the staff is equally great! The doctors leave something to be desired. Sadly my sister has been here for five days. It literally takes hours if not days to get something done. We're waiting for a surgical procedure to be done. Waited all days yesterday to ve cancelled at 4:30 p.m. Today was told st 5:00 a.m. to get ready its a little past 2:00 p.m. still waiting. Come on Sutter get it together already.
Spent 9 hours in the er for the 2nd shift change dr to tell me my 17 year old son has constipation when the 1st one supported the thoery of an urgent care center with suspicion of appendicitis. Are you freeking kidding me...blood and urine tests...an ultrasound and a ct scan. And you can't tell a tummy ache from a possible dangerous burst?..unacceptable. Why did he need 2 iv bags of fluids??? This is not being responsible...it's taking advantage of those with high deductibles and tired and scared emotions. We shared accurate... read more
We have been in Kaiser Marcy UC Davis but sutter medical is the best especially the Nurse in the labor deliver department.
I had my baby girl at sutter and like the way everyone is nice to me and my family they even let my son stay over night
I have had nothing but great experiences since I've moved over to Sutter. I was diagnosed with Lupus a little over 9 yrs ago so I have to have blood work and testing on a regular basis. I've also had a couple of surgeries that have gone very well. Two months ago I started infusion treatments, my first time I was extremely nervous but the nurse who took care of me put me at ease very quickly. The staff at Sutter is Amazing.. Dr Nijher is AMAZING, even tho I only saw him ten minutes. Love his assistant Doreen also. Very helpful. It's just a shame it takes so long to get in .. can't they clone Nijhar or something? My only gripe is having to drive downtown & the parking situation that we HAVE to pay for and having to walk So far to the clinic. And the parking spaces are PITTIFULLY SMALL. But I endure to get back pain relief .
