The E.D did not listen to a thing I said. They only addressed 1 problem out of 3. And even that was not good. Then they just rushed me off out the door. So today I sit at home in some serious pain. Not thrilled at all. Going to a different hospital next time.
Upon arriving at the center, free valet parking is available. Going in and getting a visitor pass was easy with the security guard. To the right of the guard station is Registration. The staff gives you a card with a number to be called to a booth to finish Registration. After getting Registered, they give you a piece of paper that has instructions on how to get to the surgery area. Once in the Surgery waiting room, you wait to get called back to the prep rooms. Clean, fast and friendly services. Knowledgeable staff.
Went into the ER at 4 on Saturday afternoon for a swollen abcess. Left an hour later with prescriptions for an antibiotic regimen and a little bit of pain relief. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, and I can't say enough good things about my experience.
I love sutter i just deliever my baby there on august 1st 2017 and i love every nurse and doctor's
