This place needs to be evaluated and seriously needs a wake up call..they might end up making fatal mistakes with our loved ones..
Absolutely the worst birth center ever! I was told to be induced on a specific day and they pushed it out by one day...the day comes and they call 4 hours before my induction and push it out 3 days longer and say too bad so sad basically and refuse to accommodate what they scheduled. Sutter is a complete disaster and nightmare. I don’t wish anyone to deliver there! The nurses are completely rude as well and have a major power trip problem. Unbelievably disgusted with them!
Project had pooped in er waiting room and it took over 10 minutes for a staff member to walk over and put a towel over it and an additional hour before anyone came out to actually clean it.
They were very fast friendly and beyond great service..they rock
I've had the best birthing experience here , since I got here I've been treated like a princess . My child birth was quick and easy , I was made comfortable the moment I was admitted. The nurses and doctors are great with me and my son . Anything I need , they are quick about it . I was second guessing this place && shouldn't have .
So grateful for Sutter today - such good people and such good care. Thank you!
