I was actually at the Sutter Outpatient Surgery Center at 2725 Capital on July 24. I had an excellent experience while there. My doctors and nurses treated me with such care and respect! Even the Valet people were great...and our car was waiting for us when we left. Props to my first nurse Laura, and my anesthesia Dr Wilson (I think), and my ENT Dr Goldwyn. Thanks for a great experience!
The worst place to go when your kids is sick... pediatric waiting room ER suck!!!! Every time I go we wait more then 4 hours !!!! Smh
I have a great team of doctors,from Vascular, to Cardiovascular, to Rheumatologist, to the Infusion team, wouldn't trade them for no one else,
Waited 8 hrs in the ER before being seen. They definitely need more staff.
The ER is terrible, from 8pm to 1am we were moved to the hospital next door , much better their at least the rooms you can control the A/C temp.& in the ER you freez your but and the nurse Summer gave my daughter 100 units in a hour wich was very dangerous now my daughter is always scared but I have to take her their cause that is were Rightout hospital will transport her. But next door the nurses are very nice and helpful at the Sutter Children Medical Hospital.
