The staff was exceptional!! My 7 year old broke her arm. They were so caring. I love that they have a pediatric ER. I think it makes it less scary for the children. Thanks for taking great care of my daughter!!

I love Sutter, the whole staff is great, and even if I wasn't admitted they were spot on what I had and I didn't have to wait 14 hours to fine out what I had, Mercy should be ashamed of there selves. Sutter thank you for all your excellent care, you guys are awesome, and remember you can't please everyone.

Wonderful staff, great treatment, every step fully explained. The only drawback is no cafeteria for my family to utilize and if you don't care for ethnic food the food trucks are no help.

One of my worst experience ever they show no concern for the patient when I get to In and Out would that really talking to you about what's going on

My surgical tram was the best! They were very attentive and made my service dog very comfortable. They even offered a blanket for her to lay on. The staff did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible, before and after surgery. My Surgery team made me feel more secure than any time I have ever been in the hospital. And that's what makes Sutter General "my" hospital.

I had my first baby boy at The Sutter Medical Center L&D and my experience was AMAZING with all the nurses and Doctors helping me all the way through.. Especially RN Jamie, RN Gayenelle, and more nurses I forgot their names though.. and Dr. Conrad Forrest!!! They were encouraging me the whole time I was in labor.. they tried their best for me to have a normal delivery, but had to have a C-Section at last.. Both my son and I are recovering great
