My son was going to a clinic up till recently and got switched to Sutter. Since we have been to Sutter they have been on top of his medical needs without prolonging it. I told his doctor about some concerns and they got me into see a neurologist soon after. The neurologists was very specific on testing and got all he needed done. From simple evaluations to blood tests to an MRI. Check ins are fast but the wait time is horrible since they are really low on staff and knowledgeable people. As a matter of fact, a man had a stroke while waiting to be called and it took about 2 mins for him to get any help. Considering it happened in the ER waiting room, this is really concerning. However once they attended me the doctor was very nice and got the job done effectively.
The folks at Sutter have always taken Care of me!!!!!
Went at 1:30 in the morning did not get out till 5:30 am everyone passes you by like you aren't even there when you finally tell them how long you've been there it's still no bedside manner
Just had surgery yesterday. The nurses were awesome that I had. Denise was the best who took me back and wheeled me to my truck. She was funny, knowledgeable and the sweetest ever. My surgeon Dr London is amazing!
It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them.
Very Nice Staff!! Always packed but they do tell you whats going on.
