The Y helped give me the means to lose 50ish lbs and transform myself from an overweight, pre-diabetic to someone who has run 3 half marathons, completed a couple Spartans, ran a few other road races, and someone who won a powerlifting meet.
In the middle of renovations now, this place is going to be amazing after they finish it up. Just replaced all equipment with the latest stuff. Family atmosphere which I love. Can't beat the membership fees considering all you get. I couldn't be happier with the Y!!!
