it's a Family oriented atmosphere. programs, child watch and swimming as membership. Trainers, life guards, swim instructors are friendly and they recommend different classes catered to the member's needs, once the friendship is open and lasts a lifetime!
Joining was the best decision I ever made. Very positive atmosphere. The best medicine for any life. Thanks to everyone who says kind words and reminds me life is good if you try.
I just wan to say I have tried gyms and tried working out before and it never lasted. I started the Y 3 months ago and at first felt the same after a week it all changed. I Started talking to the people that work there started talking to the clients. What I found wasn’t a gym it was a family that I love going to. I have more smiles when I’m working out there than ever before. I think everyone should come here to change their life as it’s changed mine. Thank you
