I’m there 5-6 times a week to workout. I have found a great trainer, Darren. I’ve become thinner, stronger and healthier. Everyone there is great! Thank you.
My wife and joined a couple of weeks ago. So far everything is great. It never seems to crowded. The staff is friendly. We have not taken advantage of any of the classes yet but intend to.
I met a instructor that I instantly felt a connection with. She is kind, understanding, motivating and really listens! She has taken her time to go out of her way to make me feel comfortable and explain to me about the equipment that would benefit me. Thank you Betty for everything!
This place is great! I especially loved my first spin class! The instructors are such great motivators and everyone is very helpful!
I was there to watch my almost 3-year-old grandson at swimming lessons. It’s a very efficient set up. The people there are very nice. It’s a great program for kids :-)
