This Place has something for everyone. Excellent trainers, Group fitness, young or old, in shape or just starting, new equipment. There is no better place in Sussex county. Thank you

I am new to the Y and have been taking the Kettle Bell classes on Tuesday and Saturdays. They are fun, but definitely a great workout for your entire body. Every class is different so you don't bored with the same workout. Darren the instructor is very motivating. I also use the gym on 2 other nights during the week and there is always plenty of equipment. People of all sizes workingout here getting healthy.
