The Sussex YMCA wrote the books on having a caring and professional staff. I always look forward to going to the YMCA with my limited schedule. Because of the YMCA I have lost over 30 pounds (and counting) since the end of February. Thank you again!
Love this place and the people who work there. I just started my journey and am down 11 pounds. Love the variety of classes i can try. The best is Aqua Zumba with Dave.
I love the classes and the instructors after the classes I felt so sore and I feel great. The instructors are so sweet!!! There is nothing I would change about it and I would highly recommend it to people!!!!
