The Y has become one of my favorite "go to" places..i felt great after Saideh's water aerobic classes..:)
For those of you who like to exercise by swimming, the Sussex County Y is an excellent place to do that for a few reasons. First, they provide lanes for lap/circle swimming most of the day with five lanes available early in the morning and at noon time but at least a lane or two most times of the day. Second, the water is a consistent 83-84 degrees and it is nice and clear.
