After a looong time away from all things fitness, I signed up and started the Wellness Coaching program in August. After a month I can report that the Wellness Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and really good at sharing their expertise without being pushy. I take Betty’s aqua classes and have a great time. Betty is a wonderful instructor. She is so much fun. Love her!! I also take her Viper class. We have a great time there, also. Now for Kevin, I take his TRX class. He is also a great instructor. Love his class and his silly jokes.
The staff are so helpful and friendly. Met so many friends. Awesome classes and lots of camaraderie!
My family & I have been members of Sussex County YMCA for years. They have great classes, wonderful instructors and very family orientated. We are very happy with the YMCA and would and have recommended it to many:)

Omg ymca I highly recommend it the classes are great and staff are very helpful is amazing place to workout and swim if you want go for swim or for fitness come here !
