Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Incorrectly billed, then told they need to check with who I spoke with in case I'm lying. What a joke.

*** is great! He calls before he comes over and is very customer oriented. He followed up with our request for Orkins gutter service, is trying to connect is with an Orkin in another state that does the service.
Great punctual service. May be a touch expensive but I haven't seen pests in a long time.
They are the worst, I took Andrews word, he said that it was going to be a one time charge of $91, it was my fault for not reading the contract but I asked him again and again if it was going to be the $91 for the year and he said yes. Come to find out it's actually $470. DO NOT TRUST HIS WORD LIKE I DID!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! I called to cancel my plan with them and the lady told me I was up to date with my payments so she will cancel it so they won't try to take more funds out of my bank account for next month service!! I called her after 1 pm today and when I checked my account it shows PENDING TRANSACTIONS $42 for ORKIN PEST CONTROL!!! I heated they do this to people but I was hoping I didn't make a mistake and set up auto pay and now I see I have!!!! They need to be stopped on having there way with people's accoun... read more
