Service technician very good. The scheduling system leaves a little to be desired.

Here are some of the highlights of my experiences with the London Ontario Orkin office. -unwanted flirting on multiple occasions -cancelled first treatment over a closet 9 feet from my son's bed ("I can let this closet go, and this closet too, but not that one") -told me when I was pretty sure I had 15 bedbugs that it would take 6 months of treatments; that was about 6 months ago and I still have them -multiple treatments scheduled and prepped for, and then cancelled (seeing bites, bugs and bug poop) -gloves used to apply in... read more

Thank you for your feedback. The Branch Manager contacted the Boardwalk Property Management company that Orkin has the account/agreement to discuss the pest control issues. The Branch Manager has been escorted by the management company to inspect Ms. Bourre's apartment. Orkin has placed 24 glue board stations and 14 bedbug interceptors installed in the apartment to monitor for any bedbug activity.
