I recently had a sales representative from Orkin to examine my wooden storage unit for termites. While I was getting the key to open the building, the sales representative examined my storage building. He informed me that I had termites and if I treat the building, the termites will eventually try to invade my brick home. The storage is at least 200 feet from my house. I had no problem with my Orkin (Green Bay) pest control technician. However, dealing with customer service over the phone, both the local Orkin and the Rollins people, has been awful! I paid my account in full when the first bill came. But in the 5 months since I have received a bill every month. And every month I have immediately called to find out why. They check my account and agree that it shows I'm all paid up, make some promise to do this or that so that I won't get billed again, and sure enough, next month there's ano... read more

I been trying to get reimbursed for over payment for 3 months now. Everytime I call, they tell me the check was just mailed. I keep getting the same answer with no results.

The inspector forged my initials on the paperwork, he did not show me the paperwork or send me a copy. He put me on a payment plan & said it was same as cash 90 days. That was not true. This payment plan added $400 to my bill. Then he lied about pests being there that weren't and tried to schedule me for a 2nd service that was not needed. I have called Orkin San Antonio numerous times asking to speak to management and each time told I'd get a call back and have not. He has verified the rate card price and that the job was performed correctly. The manager compared the Insulation Agreement signature with the existing Termite Agreement and the signatures were a match.
