Excellent customer service. This world needs more people like ****** **************. Plus we havent seen any roaches since we started with Orkin.

I have tried to work with Critter Control for a year and have paid them nearly $3000. They did not solve my problem of a squirrel getting into the attic and despite repeated calls that they need to come back out, they do not return my calls, even the regional manager does not call back. My last attempt to contact him was January 6. Furthermore, last spring they double-billed me several times and I had to call to work with them to get my money back. Great service have used them for several years now. Nothing but professional
The Technician came out very quickly. We spoke on Wednesday and he came out that afternoon. ***** was very professional and throughly explained what his his inspection would entail. After he finished, he explained how the inspection went and went into detail explaining all he did. Wonderful customer service!!!
Do not believe what the receptionist says. For example, she said servicemen would come back every week when in fact, they come in a month or a follow up. The website is also misleading. It states that serviceman would caulk every nook and cranny. Wrong!!
I hired them for inspection, they gave me an estimate for 18000$ after charging 200 for general inspection, I have called and cancelled the service but no response from their end . I hired modern pests they charged me 1500$ . This is a scam, will never recommend them . Always get a second opinion after a large estimate and do not trust them
