I have been with Orkin for many years and started with an awful roach problem that my college student brought to me in his laundry. I was plagued by these critters and went through so many other companies who could not solve the problem. Since then I have been with Orkin who always works with me immediately on whatever issue has come up. I would especially like to thank a John ****** local manager, for his immediate responses to our needs as they may arise

They were very professional! Very thorough and friendly. Also very attentive to our needs and met our expectations.
After noticing bees congregating around our second story soffit, we decided to contact the pest control company that handles our routine/quarterly treatments (HomeTeam). The technician for HomeTeam indicated that it looked like we had a bee hive and would need a company to come out and remove/relocate the hive, because killing the bees was not recommended. Average work. Exterminators should clean mice as needed instead of bi-weekly. But for the money, worth it. Dont know if its worked yet.
The young man came and explained everything what we needed to do to prevent future problems and set up traps around and told us call for a follow up and I will do

I have used Orkin service for several years now. The techs are very professional and follow social distances. The are very punctual, friendly and accommodating.
Our latest (new) pest control person from Orkin was sensational. She dealt with all of the problems I mentioned cheerfully and seemingly knowledgeably. I couldnt have been more pleased.
