New pest control person is excellent, prepared, energetic and flexible with scheduling. First time Ive been impressed by Orkin is perhaps a year.
Ive been a customer for a year now, and I am very happy! No more roaches, ants, or black widows.
Andrew, my Orkin technician, took a good amount of time to assess my problem, and provided me with several areas in my home to repair so no little critters are able to enter again! Andrew was professional and knowledgeable and gave me sound advice to improve my situation. And, by the way, he removed the remains and disinfected the entire area for me.
2 months ago Avoid at all cost! I spent nearly $8,000 over a 10 month period with Orkin, JAX. I dealt with Daniel ******** He inspected and treated with spray the first time out. Within 4 months the termites were back. He sprayed again of course with additional charge. Within 2 months the termites were back. He recommended installing Orkin insulation in the attic. I then had to pay a contractor to remove all of the existing insulation and Daniel installed Orkin termite insulation. He also charged me for a third spray treatm... read more

Great customer service. Rich Nordgren is the best-knowledgeable and personable. He gets the job done better than anyone else and is a delight to talk to.
Terrific timely response. I called mid morning with a mouse issue and the had an exterminator at the house by 2pm. He sealed the home and traps are set along with steps afterwards. I recommend Orkin.
Very professional, and timely. They have always had a satisfactory solution to the pests that have come into the house.
Our Orkin man does a great job every time!!! Wears his mask and is polite !! We have been using Orkin for 3 years.
