Matt is an amazing inspector! Matt Harris and Sure Thing Home Inspections did an excellent job evaluating the home for potential problems. Matt was very thorough and courteous, and he was willing to answer questions and provide explanations as he went through his findings after he performed the inspection. The written report was very detailed, including photos of each finding, and was provided in a timely manner.
