Efficient and professional service. The whole process was way better than I could have expected. After the offer we put in on the home was accepted, I called up Sure Thing and they were very nice and courteous. Matt got a very thorough inspection done within a couple days during my due diligence period. Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism.

Highly recommended! Sure Thing is easy to work with from start to finish. Their front office (I worked with Kimberly) works hard to schedule the inspections on our buyers' time frame. Inspectors (Matt did this inspection) are very knowledgeable, thorough, and explain issues logically without sounding like the sky is falling. A wide range of services and competitively priced.
