Careful and detailed Inspector worked very carefully and detailed. He took his time to check everything properly and seemed to be very concentrated on his work. Also, he took the time afterward to review everything with me and answered all of my questions and explained what I didn't understand.

you all saved me from a bad investment I can't begin to thank you all, especially Matt, enough. For the cost of the inspection which was exceptionally thorough, it saved me from making a $30,000-50,000 mistake on a prospective home to purchase. As a single father with 2 younger children, you all saved me from making not only a bad investment but an unhealthy and unsafe one as well.
Hands down Matt is the BEST! When using a company with the name Sure Thing you best believe you are getting nothing but exceptional service. Matt was so thorough with his inspection to where I thought I was reading a novel it had pictures to where you can follow along. I am a disabled veteran and it's hard to please me because I want things done right the first time. Matt went through our house like he was a drill sergeant on a mission. Impressed with Sure Thing. I was quite impressed with Sure Thing. There were able to schedule an inspection in less than 24 hours from when I first called them, and the whole job was completed in less than 26 hours after that first call. Brian Stachowiak was very thorough and as he was finishing up at the house he gave me a full summary of his findings letting me know about the things that were needing attention. The whole experience was very quick and efficient.
