Mitch was very patient! This was our first time having a home inspection, and Mitch was very patient and helpful in sharing his knowledge. He helped us understand the inspection report, and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. The report was thorough and will be kept by us to refer to in years to come.
HIGHLY recommend!!!! Matt was on time, professional, and very thorough. He actually inspected my home before I sold it and inspected my new home before I bought it. He sat down with me both times to thoroughly explain his findings, show me pictures, and point out the particular areas that were of concern - even items that were just relatively minor, but really wanted to ensure I understood the report when it came through. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
Could not have asked for a better experience! My inspector, Matt, was great. He was very thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. He was very courteous and professional as well. I could not have asked for a better inspection experience.
Went above and beyond I had a great experience with Sure Thing Home Inspections. Not only was the customer service from the office excellent, but the inspector, Mitchell Shaw, also went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He shared a wealth of knowledge regarding the inspection process and even gave me basic home tips for maintaining inside and outside of the home.
