I ordered two pairs of earrings. Neither of them arrived, but I was charged. They will only tell me they show that they arrived so won't do anything. They won't show proof they arrived either. $50 wasted!!! Super unhappy!
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I have chatted with 3 different customer service reps and each said they would have to get back to me, which they never have. I am very disappointed.
