Ring turned my finger black after only a few day of normal wear. Attempted to contact them. They asked for photographs of my hand and the ring . I sent the requested photos and have since heard nothing. This ring cost over $300 dollars and I’m pretty positive it’s a fake! Every attempt I have made to resolve this situation has been ignored! I wish I could give zero stars! Buyer beware!! Do not purchase anything from this site! It is 100% fraudulent!

Bought a 3 diamond 1.4 k white gold ring, within a 2 days it turned my finger black then green. Took ring to jeweler and had it tested and its plated and the so called " mined diamonds " are fake. They false advertise, they say I can return it but with in 60 days and not worn, ***? Not warn ? Then how else can I tell the ring is fake as ****. I cant get AMYONE to cooperate and these people are very rude. How can a business like this still be running today. I'm seriously ****** off. Spent 300 on a fake piece of ****.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. The jewelry I received from this company looks like junk. The "value necklace" is exceedingly thin; the "value diamond earrings" had diamonds so small that they were literally as small as dots the letter "i" (I don't know how anyone actually set them into the metal) and one pair of "value diamond earrings" had no diamonds at all. The pieces, which look so nice in the photos, are quite flimsy. I will be returning everything....and never buying from them again.

If i could leave a 0 star, i would. I purchased two different orders on March 23rd. One of the orders came quickly. Within the week. But when i opened it two of the four items were wrong. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out two new ones. Those two were wrong again. Since they were birthday gifts and i didn't have the correct ones in time, i requested a refund. They are knowingly misleading on there products. I bought a 1/5 carat and a 1/2 carat earring and they both were the same size. When I inquired about the item they were very short and simply said they stand by behind their product and if you're unhappy return it at your expense. Clearly they are not very scrupulous.

I purchased a pair of earrings that were suppose to be such a great deal at a huge discount. In my opinion I paid too much for the product I received. They look cheap. I am disappointed and won’t purchase from this company again.

They bend so easy and cannot believe they are Sterling. The hoops bent out of shape when I put them in. Awful!! Do not buy these. I am not happy.
