Andrew F** and Super Jeweler's are the best. I've been ordering jewelry from them for 5yrs now, they have never disappointed me. Andrew has even offered to hand deliver a few items if they could not finalize pieces to be delivered on time. You must give them time because all the items I have bought are hand picked diamonds and gemstones, they are not pre-made items so keep that in mind when ordering. I called this company to make a final payment on my layaway, Abby or whatever his name is told me that he was unable to process the payment due to him having to manually input my card number, and that’s why my payment wouldn’t go thru... I hung up, called my card company and called SuperJewler back to try again to make the payment. I placed an order last year for a bracelet. I had several emails back and forth and back and forth and nothing ever happened. Stupid me!!! I placed another order thinking I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, and low and behold I actually received the order! But, they placed a pair of earrings and a necklace in an ENVELOPE and naturally, the earrings are broken. They “claim” the earrings are real gold and has some real diamond flakes in them. I ordered a necklace for my sister's birthday, which is 9/19 to be shipped to her. I got upset because it was shipped to me instead of my sister. When I spoke with their agent online, she said that my address was where the order was asked to be shipped. I used "Snip It" and sent a copy of the information in SuperJeweler. Vanessa stated that it doesn't matter what I am seeing, her details show it was to be shipped to me. I purchased item # *** *****fire opal with diamonds on band and mounting. It is absolutely beautiful. The color is a perfect orange. The mounting is in rose gold with excellent quality diamonds down both sides of band.. I highly recommend my purchase. Customer service is excellent. Great company to deal with!

I submitted my order on August 1st, ana I was told via email, my order will be ship on August 10th but never did. I contacted Super jeweler by email twice and their response was,,Your order was canceled " When I ask why my order was canceled, was silence, no reason why my order got canceled. I won't ever do business with Super jeweler ,and really stinks the way treat the customers and conducting the business. Be aware!!!!

Great customer service. Bought wedding bands that were exactly how they were described. They arrived timely. I talked to customer service and the SJ president. He assured me of a timely delivery. The wait period was longer than typical due to restrictions on COVID. Wedding bands showed up beautiful both bands have diamonds. The metal and stones were polished to perfection. Sizes were exact. Even with COVID slowing down normal transactions, we would buy again and again from this company.
