Purchased several times from SuperJeweler and was very please with both the quality of the items and the quick service response. On one most recent order, the address I was sending to was incorrect but a call to customer service eased my concerns as they followed the whole shipping process to ensure prompt delivery for my granddaughter’s birthday. I will most definitely be a repeat customer. And a big thanks to Andrew and the rest of their customer service I dealt with!

Liars!!!! this company has delayed my items and all the while lied to me about shipping. I ordered from them on the 7th of December and was told shipping would be on the 14th. on the 15th I started calling for a tracking number and everyday was told it was going out the next day. from the 14 to the 23rd they lied to me on at least 7 different occasions. Andrew F** and Super Jeweler's are the best. I've been ordering jewelry from them for 5yrs now, they have never disappointed me. Andrew has even offered to hand deliver a few items if they could not finalize pieces to be delivered on time. You must give them time because all the items I have bought are hand picked diamonds and gemstones, they are not pre-made items so keep that in mind when ordering. I called this company to make a final payment on my layaway, Abby or whatever his name is told me that he was unable to process the payment due to him having to manually input my card number, and that’s why my payment wouldn’t go thru... I hung up, called my card company and called SuperJewler back to try again to make the payment. I placed an order last year for a bracelet. I had several emails back and forth and back and forth and nothing ever happened. Stupid me!!! I placed another order thinking I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, and low and behold I actually received the order!
