I ordered 2 pair of earrings just alike for Christmas gifts. I ordered them in July. When received one was bent. The item was returned and a different item received in return rather than the one purchased. I gave the first pair as a Christmas gift and upon opening and inspection there were three small diamonds missing. No so sure about this business. I would not recommend them because of the quality and condition of merchandise received.

I am not even able to give 1 star. Long story short I placed an order, there was a flaw in their online system, I didn’t get what I ordered, I tried to call and contact them several ways, chat, email, phone. Finally did a review on their ******** page and boy did I get a response there! I’m an aggressive thief trying to get free stuff. I’m not a thief. In any way. My fiance bought an engagement ring more than two weeks ago from this site and it has yet to arrive. I called to track the shipping date and was told it would ship December 6th, I was okay with that. Then I called on Friday, December 7th and was told it was on ***** express and I would get it Saturday which is today. I have a proposal happening today and I expressed that to the company representatives. I ordered 1 carat diamond earrings, half a carat each from superjeweler. They were very clear about the quality and color of the earrings and when I got them, it all checked out. They came faster than had been promised, another win. I gave these as a gift and couldn't be happier, it was a fantastic deal and I am very grateful. While searching online for an engagement ring, I found item number ******* on the site. The piece is beautiful. On the second day of staring at this item I keep reading the description over and over. I notice that the ring has a number of diamonds. The description shows that the piece has only 17 diamonds. The photo has many more. When I inquire with the online chat personel, Arun told me only 17 stones, with no explanation of why the photo was different. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I PURCHASED ON SATURDAY AND EVEN PAID OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AND WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP THAT THE PRODUCT WILL SHIP BY MONDAY NIGHT AND THAT I WILL RECIEVE IT BY VALENTINES DAY ON WEDNESDAY AND NOW ITS VALENTINES DAY AND I WONT GET IT TIL THURSDAY. KIND OF DEFEATS THE PURPOSE GETTING IT A DAY LATE AND NOT HAVING IT FOR ME AND MY FIANCEES DINNER RESERVATIONS AT 5:30 ON VALENTINES DAY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
