While searching online for an engagement ring, I found item number ******* on the site. The piece is beautiful. On the second day of staring at this item I keep reading the description over and over. I notice that the ring has a number of diamonds. The description shows that the piece has only 17 diamonds. The photo has many more. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I PURCHASED ON SATURDAY AND EVEN PAID OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AND WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP THAT THE PRODUCT WILL SHIP BY MONDAY NIGHT AND THAT I WILL RECIEVE IT BY VALENTINES DAY ON WEDNESDAY AND NOW ITS VALENTINES DAY AND I WONT GET IT TIL THURSDAY. KIND OF DEFEATS THE PURPOSE GETTING IT A DAY LATE AND NOT HAVING IT FOR ME AND MY FIANCEES DINNER RESERVATIONS AT 5:30 ON VALENTINES DAY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was alerted to a great deal on some diamond earrings from SuperJewelers.com a couple of weeks before Valentines day and boy do I regret it. We were celebrating on the 9th (weekend before) and the listing for the product says that they would ship by Thursday the 8th. I called in Tuesday the 6th and paid extra to receive overnight FedEx shipping to make sure I had the gift on Friday the 9th and was charged immediately and confirmed with their customer service rep that it would be shipping out Thursday. Bought a pair of black diamond hoop earrings for my niece. I loved them so much ch I considered keeping them. Extremely cheap to buy but looks so expensive! Highly recommend! Looking for a pair of diamond studs for myself right now.
Long story short don't expect to get your item at a decent time. If their service is an indicator of their product buyer beware...The deal is not worth the headache. This is a real and true review..

I order a 14kt gold necklace with 20 diamonds, I received the necklace and it looks like it is plastic even the so called “diamonds”. It looks cheap and fake! Although the website, states that they’re jewelry is 100% real. If I could rate a zero I would!
