Great customer service. Bought wedding bands that were exactly how they were described. They arrived timely. I talked to customer service and the SJ president. He assured me of a timely delivery. The wait period was longer than typical due to restrictions on COVID. Wedding bands showed up beautiful both bands have diamonds. The metal and stones were polished to perfection. Sizes were exact. Even with COVID slowing down normal transactions, we would buy again and again from this company.

I submitted my order 30 May 2020. I was told countless times that my order would ship and never did. Firs was supposed to be 15th, then was told by 19th, then was told ur would ship by 22nd and finally today I was told that date didn't happen and now I'd have to wait until the 24th. I asked to cancel my order and my rep told me that my time would wasted if I didn't wait for it as long as I get the order. Their ads and picture are very misleading, The product that they send me was not the product that I order online. I ordered my wife's anniversary gift off this site, to say the least, they sent me a very thin fragile necklace with this micro size letter A charm with no diamonds or anything, I sent over 200.00 dollars on this product. I made a purchase on 2/3/20and was promised it would be delivered on 2/5/20. It’s now 2/7/20 and I’m now just getting a confirmation on my package that says it will be here in 2-3 days. Since 2/5 I’ve been making calls to the 800 number and left multiple messages with no call back. I want a full refund, I feel like they could have rectified the situation and just rushed me my order but now I have to wait even longer and this was a present for somebody. They’re so quick to take your money but not give you what you paid for.

I ordered 2k diamond bracelet. The day it arrived I received the package from the deliver. I opened the package and there was no bracelet. I have leftover ten plus messages on there voicemail box and not once received a callback!!! There was blue box. When I opened the box seconds after it was delivered there was a blue box when I opened the box there was a long piece of plastic which was opened and no bracelet. I ordered a necklace for my sisters birthday 2 weeks in advance. I placed the order on the 12th, it should have shipped by the 17th according to the order confirmation email. I contacted customer service on the 18th asking why I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email. The representative told me that my order needs to be "verified" and that they would have a "order verification officer" contact me by Tuesday the 21st since Monday was a holiday. I placed an order with SJ on Christmas. The ring estimated that it would arrive by 1/2/20. It took longer than expected so I didn’t have a problem waiting a couple of days longer since it was being made for me. It’s been almost 5 weeks and I still didn’t receive it. I chatted with them almost every day and each person told me “it would be shipped the next day”. I ended up just cancelling the order. I bought several rings during Christmas 2019. I was trying to find the perfect one, I returned two piece by *** AND INSURED cost me $93 to return, *** said items would take two days will be there by Mon 29th of December. It was so my part was done. Now I am told by one girl yes I see it and today another girl said well it hasn't been scanned into our system for return.
