(1 stars) 04/15/2021 I purchased a pair of 14 K gold earrings from Super Jewelers. Upon arrival the stamp on the earrings said 14FG. Meaning they were gold filled. I took them to a jeweler and was told they were not even Moissanite. They hurt my ears as I can only wear 14 K+. I want a refund. Please advise.

My husband bought me a 1 1/2 carat yellow gold black diamond and it is absolutely beautiful. The customer service staff are phenominal and I would most definately purchase from them again.

The cross I ordered was somewhat okay but the chain that you sent with it was absolutely horrible and cheap looking I did not like it at all if it's going to be in a gold color at least let it shine a little bit very very disappointed in that

I purchased a pair of 14 K gold earrings from Super Jewelry through *******. Upon arrival the stamp on the earrings said 14FG. Meaning they were filled. I reached out to the support team and the issued a replacement. Within the package I stated that both the backings and earring post were not 14K gold. When I received the new earrings the backings were stamped 14G but the post were not gold and very flimsy. This has been an ongoing issue over 2 1/2 months. I did not receive the item that was advertised.

I ordered an engagement ring. ***** has it somewhere. SuperJeweler told me I have to contact ***** and I cannot get a refund for a ring we never received!!!!! Qurratal was the rep at Super Jeweler.

Super Jeweler--let the buyer beware. I ordered a one-carat moissanite necklace in a 14 karat gold setting; the pictures showed an open back setting (circle) and four substantial prongs. I did my research; I examined the item carefully in the advetisement (on ****** *****) and on the superjeweler.com site. The item I received had a chintzy, thin setting with a solid back that would not let light pass through; the prongs were very thin and flat--not the round substantial prongs shown in the advertisement. Sure wish I had read these reviews before I recently ordered a ring from this company. What I received is a piece of junk! It is nothing like the picture online or the description listed (item ****). This honestly seems like a bait and switch. The picture shows a beautiful ring with at least 12 or 13 diamonds (depending on which picture you are looking at). The written description says there are 11 diamonds that are 1.8mm in size. The ring I received has 9 stones and they are definitely NOT 1.8mm!! The band is so thin and th... read more
