I just purchased a half carat diamond cross for ******. It is stunning and I am very pleased.
I ordered a "2 carrot Tennis Necklace" that looked beautiful online. When I received it, it was completely different. It's all some cheap metal and I genuinely don't think they are diamonds. You can't even see them in the middle of all the metal. It looks like metal inside more cheap metal. Complete waste of money. I can't believe they're in business.
I ordered during their “Black Friday” sale. Prices seemed too good to be true but I checked hundreds of reviews and the place seemed legit. I read the description on my items to be sure of what I was getting. One item was 0.25ct of “diamonds” in silver colored hoop earrings (not real silver) and the other one 1/4ct moissanite pendant with a “Real” silver chain. I have ordered multiple items from SJ over the past few years. Most recently a new bridal set for my anniversary. The main stones were quite cloudy looking so I returned it under the 60 day guarantee. They contacted me & asked if they could have the opportunity to make it right. I ordered a ring and paid extra for shipping. The package still arrived 2 weeks later with no ring in the box. The won't refund my money or reply to emails. This company is a complete rip-off, don't waste your money with these people.
I ordered two pairs of earrings. Neither of them arrived, but I was charged. They will only tell me they show that they arrived so won't do anything. They won't show proof they arrived either. $50 wasted!!! Super unhappy!
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I have chatted with 3 different customer service reps and each said they would have to get back to me, which they never have. I am very disappointed.
