I feel the quality of their jewelry is inferior and I have sent the jewelry back and they are delaying, delaying my refunds. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! They don't ship the products that you pay them for and always gives you an excuse as to why it's been delayed. Even when they give you a specific date that they will ship the items, when that day comes they tell you that it's been delayed again. They are only after your money. Don't give it to them. Their prices are low to draw you in, don't fall for the scam.

They ripped me off $3000 which is the price. I pray for Ring that had a lifetime guarantee on it. And then they told me it was not a lifetime guarantee. It was in fact in one year guarantee and for $1000 and another diamond to replace the one fell out of the ring.

I don't think they should use the low quality cloudy JH 12/13 clarity diamonds for jewelry at all, ever. The lead for the cheaper jewelry is misleading. The ads pull you in stating 1 carrot real diamond bracelet with platinum overlay, lifetime guarantee. Earring hoops, 1&1/2 inch hoops one carrot real diamond's. Okay the earrings were on sale for $79 Plus tax. The brackets $40.. the diamonds on the hoops were so dark and muddy it looked like stones were missing. Absolutely awful experience with this vendor. I was a first time customer and had purchased expensive earrings and received a confirmation email saying your order is expected to ship Tuesday, August 27, 2024. I gave them 10 days and on September 6 my online order status hadnt changed and I didnt have any emails saying there was a delay or anything. I ordered a pair of 2 1/4 carat peridot earrings set in 925 sterling silver on 8/4/24 which were supposed to ship two days later from ******** with insurance. Three weeks later, having received nothing and finding nothing had been mailed, I contacted their customer support via text and was told they would ship on 8/26. This company says they have great jewelry. Lifetime repairs or replacement. All lies. They sold me a 1 carat blue diamond halo ring. It's been broken 3 times. I didn't know gold was so fragile. The prongs bending a break. I have many other rings. Not from superjeweler that I've had for 30 years. Never broken. And I wear everyday. On May 14th I ordered a ring and when I received my receipt it said order is expected to ship on May 21st. I have called over and over about my product being shipped and never get a good answer. I was told it would ship on May the 23rd or 24th and it didn't ship. I order an engagement ring and after a few days I'm concerned as to why there's no action on the delivery process so I contact them about why it's taking so long after 2 weeks. They tell me the usual bs about how they want to take their time to make sure it is perfect. Then 3 weeks go by and they call me to tell me they don't know how I was able to purchase that item for that price and they want me to consider another item. This place is a complete scam!!!
