wish/08/25 I placed an online order #*******-with the Super Jewellers website . Both items were part of their heavily advertised "holiday specials" The original order showed an estimated ship date of 1/10/25. The next time I checked my order, it showed the estimated ship date had moved out to 1/15/25. I waited until 1/20/25 to check again and found the listed estimated ship date was still 1/15. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience as I did with Superjewler. On November 26/24 I ordered a 14k gold necklace which was supposed to be delivered in 1 week. It was a Christmas gift for my wife.I kept on getting the runaround regarding the delivery date.Finally, I cancelled the order 2 weeks ago 1/24/25 & the money has yet to go on my credit card.Make sure you never order anything from SuperJewlers!

Ordered something on December 14 it was supposed to ship out December 19 so I paid expedited shipping to have it here by Christmas. It isnow January 25 and the item is still not here. Maybe Ill gift it Christmas next year because by then I should have it

This is definitely a SCAM.I hope no one is getting fooled by this *********** not fall for their disinformation.After they stole your money, they have no intention to send you the item that you ordered from them. Not only theyre not sending you the item, they have no interest of keeping you informed, not even if you reached out to them.They deserve no star, they also deserve being sued by the unfortunates, misguided customers.
