Great Service I purchased my Honda Accord from the previous owner, Crystal Lake Honda. My experience with them was never very good. Since Brilliance took over, I have been very happy with the level of service when I take my car in to the service department. They are friendly, courteous, and thorough with their work. They explain everything in great detail, and they always follow-up to make sure your recent experience was a good one.
Tempe Honda is Terrible I test drive a few cars, knowing what i wanted. A Civic EX-L. They did not have the car in stock but the sales person said they would bring one over. We agreed on a price that was a little high but reasonable. When he brought the documentation out there was a $500 Documentation fee which the sales person claimed was to cover "DMV costs" and a $500 licensing Fee which the sales person claimed was to cover the cost of the plates. Way Beyond the Extra Mile! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Tempe Honda along with a warranty. Unfortunately, about a month after purchase a problem developed with the front differential. It should have been covered by the warranty. While I have nothing good to say about the warranty company, Tempe Honda went way, way beyond expectations. Very Unsatisfied I would never go back to this dealership. As soon as my cousin and I walked in we felt uncomfortable. I tried to get a used car and they told me my credit was so bad they would have to give me a 20 percent interest rate and my car payment would be 300 for an 8000 dollar car. My credit score isn't that bad and when I figured it out later on a payment calculator it only ended up being a little under 200 a month. great place to buy a car This dealership makes the awful task of shopping for a vehicle much easier. The dealership is a new and clean place to shop with a large selection of autos. It was so easy to get to also, since it is right off the 10 freeway. I will be buyng my next car from the same place. PROS: large selction, close to freeway CONS: none
A Mixed Bag While Tempe Honda does have a good overall selection of new and used Hondas, I cannot recommend the dealership due in large part to the quality of the sales team. While the first salesman I dealt with was very friendly, the second was agressive, condescending and downright rude (even more so than other dealerships I've dealth with). why cant all deallerships be like this one. i agree with the previous writer. i bought a car for my wife here and they did not try to haggle with me about the price. they gave a a reasonable price. the salesman that helped me was not as pushy as all the other dealerships men. he just gave me the straight talk about how many miles it had and how much it cost according to the book. why cant all dealer ships be like this one
