I brought my 2018 Honda CRV to this dealership for recall work and oil change. The technician informed me that my vehicle was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Agreement was made to pick up on Wednesday morning. On arrival, they were unable to locate my vehicle. I asked, You lost my vehicle? The answer, No, we just can't find it. I can believe it I come to Right Honda to get my 2025 brand new Odyssey, and this is what I get out of Right Honda. So Sad my brand-new Van is damaged by one of Right Honda deal driver. I'm trying to contact RH to get update leave them 3 voicemail and they having call me back yet. So, I don't know when I will be going to get my Odyssey, back. I don't think Right Honda care about their customers at all so sad to see this happen.

After Shottenkirk Honda changed the recalled fuel pump in my Honda Pilot, an "Emissions System Problem" warning appeared as soon as I drove it off their lot. I returned to the dealership the same day and explained that this was the first time I had seen this warning, which only appeared after the fuel pump was replaced. Shady Sales rep named Elle Evans stopped communicating with me on a purchase I was going to make this weekend as soon as I said I was out of state. Very weird, I would stay away and buy elsewhere. I just bought a Porsche and Maserati that were also out of state and was treated very different. This shady Elle Evans was totally different and does not need to be in sales or waste people's time. Clearly this dealership does NOT value customers and/or does Not want to go through the process to ship the car to Texas.. I have ... read more
