BEWARE OF A RIP OFF! Took my 2008 Honda Civic in because of a catastrophic acceleration problem; suggested to the service guy that it might be something in the transmission or engine. My husband is a former mechanic so we're not idiots when it comes to cars. They called me the next day and told me "This is what we found so far ... you need new front brakes, new spark plugs, a top end induction cleaning and a new cabin air filter at a cost of $1,100". Carey Paul Honda is very professional & fair We had looked for either a recent used or new Honda pilot all over the ATL metroplex. Price on a 2008 w/ under 14,000 miles was notably lower than BB or Edmond's recommended listings. Sales person was resonable, and they were accomadating on trade-in. Fair value on both trade & purchase. After getting the run around @ 4 other ATL Honda dealers, this was refreshing. I would recommend them, and will do business with them again.

Spent thousands; no satisfaction I had a problem with my Honda Civic Hybrid driving rough - jerking and shuddering when it hit certain speeds. I took it to Carey Paul twice and spent several thousand dollars without the problem being resolved. After my first visit, they told me what I was experiencing was normal for a hybrid. I drove another Civic hybrid for a while to confirm that this was not the case. On my second visit, they replaced the start clutch, which made absolutely no difference with my problem. Service Dept-Attempted Ripoff Brought my Accord in for oil change. Done quickly. HOWEVER, I was told that I needed wipers,air filter and cabin filter. I had just changed wipers 2 weeks prior and replaced both the air and cabin filters one month prior to the oil change. If Carey Paul Service tells you you need a part repaired or replaced-Get a second opinion.

RATed #1 in Customer Dissatisfaction - guaranteed So we were "called in" for a recall on my Honda FIT 2008, when I asked why I did not get an official notice in the mail, I was told my address is different...thing is I only have had one address since buying that car and got all my previous notices there from Honda. So got there and the service tech walked up said nary a word no greeting, no explanations. I had to be the courteous one. Carey Paul Honda is as decent as any other dealership Bought a Honda Element 3 weeks ago from Carey Paul Honda. It was an extremely pleasant experience until we started crunching numbers, negotiating my trade and the price of the Element. Suddenly, things weren't as friendly and carefree...and they started to put a lot of pressure on me. UNETHICAL AND DECEPTIVE SERVICE DEPARTMENT The service department of Carey Paul Honda is conducting unethical and deceptive business practices. They are performing unnecessary works and replacing parts on your vechicle by scare tactic sales pitch. For example the technician told me that the engine mount is broken and needs to be replaced. If don't replace it now it is going to cost me thousands of dollers. To replace it the charge is $229.00 for labor and $150.00 for the parts when many other dealer ship charge only $75 labo... read more
