Nice If you want to buy a Honda...this is the place to go. Excellent sales professionals with no pressure. They work very hard to make you a good deal. I recommend.
Great Place Great Place, Clean atmosphere. Salesman aren't pushy like some dealers and the service wait was tolerable. If you are local and need a newer vehicle then I would add this place to your list.
best Honda dealer This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. I received a price quote online and, when I came in, the price was the same as quoted. Sounds simle, but this was not my experience with other dealers who had cheap accessories installed on cars at inflated prices. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.
Nice place for routine service The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They told me that service would take 1.5 to 2 hours, so I decided to wait. They have a free shuttle that would have taken me home, but I gave the dealership 4 stars because the shuttle would not have been a viable option (there was only one shuttle, and it didn't show up until I had been waiting 45 minutes). Neat computer sales displays at O'Donnell Honda! Great service too! Just a few days ago I visited the O'Donnell Honda dealership in Ellicott City MD to find that they have a computer system that will show you colors, models, pricing, etc.. I had never seen this before. I was working with a gentleman by the name of Mike Scandora who is the program coordinator and he too was quite knowledgeable. 3rd Honda!!!! I have purchased three different Hondaâs from this dealership, and I couldnât be happier with Bob Howard.
I had a great experience When i got there we picked out a car. We walked around a car inside to keep out of the weather, we went through the entire car as she explained everything about it and answered all of my questions. Then she pulled the car we picked out up to the front of the building so I did not have to walk all the way out there in the cold for the test drive. Ripped Me OFF!! Absolute Liars!!! I bought a used 06 Odysey van about 6 months ago from the used Bob Howard Honda sales and it was the worst mistake ever. Arron Scott was the absolute biggest liar I have ever delt with in car sales. He delivered the van to me the night I bought it with the empty fuel light on and walked away before I saw it.
