Service sometimes questionable When I first bought the car after all the paperwork was signed the salesman then pointed out there was an area on the hood of car where the clear coat was never applied. Salesperson would "take care of it" by having me take the car to the body shop to have it painted..thus me not getting my car for another day. Been burned by the service department a couple of times. 09 Pilot and Bob Bob, our sales man, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to really explain why we needed the 09 Pilot. Another salesman, helped in this endeavor. I forgot his name, but he was full of information on each model of the Pilot and why the 09 would be the best purchase for us. They kept us in Kato, instead of driving out of town for a Pilot. terrible experience, dishonest staff We had the worst experience at Stephens Hyundai, with the service department. We dealt with Keith, the service rep, Kyle McCune, the service manager, and Mark, the general manager. The clutch on our 2002 Hyundai Elantra gave out at 32,000 miles. Kyle convinced me to have the car towed to their dealership, because he said he might be able to do something for us, under their much-vaunted bumper to bumper warranty (the car is still under warranty). Usually i like Honda dealers since their cars are amazing but service is bad I wanted to trade in an 1996 infiniti G20 sedan with only 60k on it and the rep only offered me 3k dollars when the kbb was over 6k. That made me somewhat displeased since I atleast want a resonable deal on my trade in if I'm about to take the plunge on a car. I was displease to say the least. Accord Lover Stopped by Stephens just to look. I'd been contemplating trading for some time but I couldn't find what I wanted/needed in my price range. Bob Burckes was the salesman who helped me. Don't Know how to rate this dealership very mixed emotions My experience with the salesman was great. The finance manager great. Even a salesman that was not mine was overly helpful. Thought I got a pretty good deal and was pleased except for the amount on trade in. Went to pick up the car sign papers etc. Everything was set and ready to go. I will never go back. I had the worst experience at this place. The salesman never tried to work with me on the deal. He never turned in one offer and my last offer was $1500 from asking price as long as they would certify the car. The only thing they seemed to know to do is say "I don't think that will work". They actually told me I needed to get serious on my offer. Offer was $2000 down, only taking $1000 for my truck, and $1500 from their asking price. excellent dealership The Stephens Honda service dept. is top notch!! Mike, Shawn and Erin always greet me by name, which is very impressive. From routine oil changes to major repairs I have always been kept in the loop and provided realistic time and cost expectations. I have owned many Honda cars and have taken them to many other dealers and Stephens is by far the best. Taking my car to them does not make me feel like I'm going to the dentist!
