Just looking! I went to Superior Honda of Omaha with the intention of "just looking " at a Silver Insight and I went home with a beautiful new car. Greg Brandl was fun to work with and extremly helpful. He answered all my questions and showed me why now would be a a good time to buy. It worked out great! Brian Jacobs of Superior Honda Brian Jacobs was my sales representative at Superior Honda of Omaha. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I had called the dealership to inquire if they had a specific model and color of a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe, which they did. Service Department Superior Honda's service center and service advisor Dennis Heath did an excellent job servicng my vehicle and providing me excellent customer support in letting me use the service loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced!! I would recommend this friendly business to those needing service for their vehicle.
Mr & Mrs Easy low-pressure salesman was friendly and easy to work with. The only bad thing is the lengthy extra warranty crap. We were able to get the car we were happy with but disappointed there was no selection of the Insight model.
Mr Tim Bobbett is my Service Advisor at Superior Honda.When you walk into the dealership the staff acts was though they care that you are a customer or potential customer. I've been to other dealerships that you get the feeling they'll talk to you if it doesn't put them out, but not so at Superior. World Class! I brought my vehicle in for a recall involving the engine. Brian Bradley, the service rep for Superior Honda was nothing short of spectacular! He was very accomodating to my needs, provided me with a loaner vehicle and completed the work on time as promised. While I was there, he offered to inspect the vehicle and made me aware of maintenance that was due and coming due in the near future. Wonderful Experience Michael Gonzales was extremely professional and very helpful while I was trying to decide what car to purchase. I'm very happy with the treatment and he wasn't pushy at all. He was knowledgeable about the car's features. I haven't had a Honda in the past, so this was very helpful. I absolutely hate car shopping, but Michael made it enjoyable! Customer Professional and efficient. Paul Kosovich reviewed the need for the service and promised me I would be on my way in less than an hour. It happened but not until my service visit was reviewed and my questions answered. Pretty darn good for a rainy Friday morning. This was my first visit to Honda Service.
