Ms. I was in for an oil change on Wednesday Feb. 23, 2011. Ross Engel assisted me in the service department. He was very helpful and personally checked with the mechanics on my brakes (no work was required). He then helped me with and appointment for a Safety Recall Notice that I had received. He is a knowledgeable young man, easy to work with, and gives GREAT personal attention. I would be very happy to work with him again!! Ross is an excellent service coordinator!
Great Service We had service done on our Honda Pilot and Brian Bradly was our service advisor. Service was excellent and the customer service was friendly and professional. We would definetly reccomend going to this dealership for service.

GREAT SERVICE! We bought my 2005 Honda Accord at Superior Honda and I am still in love with it! I have only had it serviced through them and can not say enough positive things about the service and friendly staff they have working there. Superior Honda finds me a used CRV! I just bought a used Honda CRV. After stopping at several used car dealers and checking online sites without any luck I called Superior and spoke to Brian Scott. He said he would check and call me back . After only a few hours he called and by the end of the day I had the CRV I had been looking for. Brian even followed me home with the car! Great Experience I had a great experience at Superior Honda. I worked with two dealers, Brian Jacobs and Mary Sutton, both were great to work with. They made sure to get me exactly what I wanted in a car for a great deal I couldn't pass up. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole car buying process. Superior Honda's Great Service Superior Honda has the best service of any auto service I have ever experienced. They are always friendly, greeting me with a smile, even on their busiest days. They always explain what is being done and if something is needed they explain that also. They always go over the "bill" so that I know what was done. Tim Bobbert was my liaison this this time and he was great! And as is always the case, the work was completed well before the time he advised me. Thanks for the great work!
