Personal belongings stolen from car. Took my car for an oil change there on 7/21/12..i forgot to remove my Gps from the glove box. I noticed it was missing the next day. I always lock the car and park in a garage..therefore someone from the service department must have stolen it...not cool at all.
Bob Howard Honda is the best They sold me a honda civic two years ago. The radiator fluid leaked out and the engine siezed. Bob Howard Honda said they would only replace the bottom half of the motor because Honda covered that due to a FACTORY DEFECT. Everything else that failed because of the defect is my problem. $ 2000 dollars down the drain. I don' t recomend doing buisness with them. Period.

Bob Howard Damaged my car!!! Dennis Davis- the GM DENIED IT!!! Long story short. I took my car in to have the oil changed and they dropped something on my bumper damaging it and totally denied it. They looked at it with a radio shack magnafying glass and said they saw dust particles in the scratch and they couldn't have done it!!! Dennis Davis and Jeff Salamat are criminals!!! I contacted Honda. We'll see what happens next
trustworthy How often can you say that the service department at a car dealer won't rip you off. My experience at D & C of Tenafly is that t hey are one of a rare breed. They have always done what they said they would do and not tried to sell me on repairs that didn't really need to be done right then. That gives me a comfort level that I really appreciate.
Great Service I always send my car for servicing to Honda Universe as they are great at it. I was once browsing their website and found some coupons that I could use while servicing my car and so I got myself an anti-freezing coupon. I got a $99.95 discount on my bill.
Poor Service My friend took her car in to get an oil change, her bill ended up to be $250+. they told her they "needed" to do something else, and they did, whatever it was, without asking her first! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
Smooth Process I wanted a new car for my wife. We are a loyal customers of Honda and so we approached Honda Universe. The guys were good and friendly enough. All paper work was done quickly without any hassle and delivery was done on time. Overall they are good people to deal with.
I got A New Honda Element I donât know how Honda Universe is able to do it but they do it very well. Good customer relations, pleasant smile and everything that makes you feel comfortable is done in Honda Universe to please the customer. Apart from that they are good at business too. If you want real deals, visit Honda Universe. I bought Honda Element from here and when I inquired about it in other showrooms I was amazed to see the price difference.
