We are Sunshine Urgent Care, here to serve Lakeland, Eaton Park, Highland City, Bartow, and all of Polk county. There is no appointment necessary! Our doctors and practitioners will provide you with excellent care in our state-of-the-art facility that performs X-rays, EKG's, Lab work, minor suturing, physical exams (including DOT physicals), and treatment of the common cold/flu on site. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid HMO's and Medicare.

Five star staff, care, and attention! Will share experience with my family and friends. And, if needed....will most definitely go back....my new 1st choice in healthcare.
I'm so glad I have a place to see a great doctor. I work the hours my doctors office is open. I had the flu 2 weeks ago. Now secondary infections. I was taken care of quickly. Everyone was friendly. The doctor was excellent. I'll definitely spread the word Thank you!

Receptionist were awesome. Nurses were awesome but the doctor who saw my daughter.....not so awesome. She completely dismissed my concerns and wrote off my daughters pains as a UTI. ..the next day after no improvement we took her to the er where we were told that she had a blockage in her intestines and if we would have waited another two days my child would have been dead... They also informed me there was no UTI. Its really disappointing. Because the blonde haired female doctor saw me a couple weeks before and was amazing.... read more

Thank you Sunshine Urgent Care! You guys took great care my son's foot and put this nervous Mom at ease! This is my first experience with an urgent care facility and it was great one!
What a wonderful clinic to bring your sick kids too! My 7 year old was very sick and her regular dr did not have any appointments. The staff was incredibly friendly and made her very comfortable. They were quick to ease her fears of the flu and strep tests. Nurse Practice Kristine Cooley was very patient with my daughter and did not rush through the exam. I am extremely happy with the care my daughter was given.

Would recommend! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, The wait time was short and everyone was very courteous.
