We are Sunshine Urgent Care, here to serve Lakeland, Eaton Park, Highland City, Bartow, and all of Polk county. There is no appointment necessary! Our doctors and practitioners will provide you with excellent care in our state-of-the-art facility that performs X-rays, EKG's, Lab work, minor suturing, physical exams (including DOT physicals), and treatment of the common cold/flu on site. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid HMO's and Medicare.

I first had the chance to get to know the owners as they were preparing for the clinic's grand opening. Since then I've come to find they take great care of their patients and work with an excellent team that goes above and beyond. It's nice to finally have an urgent care I can count on for my family and I.
This place is awesome. I went in after a motor vehicle accident and they took great care of me. They got me in and out with almost no wait time, did a thorough check up, and got me back on my feet quick. It was very inexpensive and exactly the experience I needed after such an event. I would highly recommend coming here for any medical needs!!
What an AMAZING facility! Super clean, Modern and comfortable. I have been several times now for myself, my son who is in his 20s and even my grandson who is a toddler and each time we were treated great and in and out in a timely manner. The staff from front to back are very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. We will definitely continue to use Sunshine Urgent Care and to recommend friends and family to do the same :)
I personally drove 41 minutes away from my home just to check this place out for my medical needs after a recent accident and I must say I was very impressed with not just the friendly staff and the cleanliness but even more important the cost and treatment done the first time rather than having another headache to deal with after a traumatic experience! Took my son here for a sinus infection back in February. Costs posted on the wall of the facility seemed very reasonable. Received charges of $181. Beware!!!

Allow us to clarify. The prices on our wall are self-pay rates. If you used insurance, the prices are dictated by your insurance company. We receive a statement from them detailing exactly what to charge you. This will typically apply to your deductible or it is what your copay amount is, depending on your insurance.
