I am so incredibly disappointed in trying to deal with Sunsetter directly. I should have purchased from a local dealer rather than directly over the phone. It has been quite a disappointing purchase from the beginning and while I understand things happen, the process which you set your team up with is not acceptable. I have owned a sun setter awning for under 4 yrs now. The trim of the awning is ripping off, the awning does not sit back in the aluminum hood properly. When I called sun setter they want me to pay to replace the trim. which is ridiculous since its under 5ys old. When I tried to get in contact with the company ******** ***** *** ***** who installed the awning they are no longer in business.
