I purchased my truck at the Puyallup dealership with the free oil changes, which have to be done at the Sumner dealer. When I went in, they didn't have the information available for me and tried to charge me. Eventually we got ir worked out and the service was done ahead of schedule. But, when I got the truck back, they didn't vacuum it the inside or wash it. I have worked with other dealerships with less issues and more service. Also the contract for the free oil changes is only available for this area.
I went in looking to upgrade my car and ended up in my dream car! Monique was amazing and so helpful we test drove a few different cars and she was so patient with me. With some car salesman you feel like they just want to sell the car and get on with their day this was not the case today, not only did I get my dream car today but I also had a great experience to go with it! Thank you Monique

The truck we purchased 2 months ago has had nothing but problems! $50,000. truck and we can't drive it without the check engine light coming on. We hadn't even made our 1st payment before it was in their shop.

I finally got out of that POS Sunset sold me and into a beautiful 2018 Taco. I was 12,000$ into my Camaro when I sold it because Sunset Fu&#ed my car up so bad it needed a new engine. Oh and by the way thanks for stealing 800$ worth if parts from my car. You bastards even stole my spare tire. Thanks to you I will NEVER buy a GMC vehicle every again, and I took 17 of my closest friends and family with me. (17 to date, I'm sure there will be more) I'll keep ya posted.
