The best CUSTOMER service EVER!!! A BIG thanks too Christine in Service She went above and beyond to help me get my truck fixed.!! Because of them keeping me on the road i got to help save 4 different families get unstuck in the snow just a day before Christmas. In the beginning, my main salesman wasn’t the best, like he just wanted our commission and didn’t care for us. But Jason Kidman stepped in, sealed the deal, and was overall a great help. Complications happened when I got the car and another guy helped us get squared away. They calmed my dad down and let me have any one accessory I wanted. Now I have weather tech floor mats so I’m satisfied.
Sky was a huge help and made everything as easy as possible and he and the manager did a great job of finding me something that fit in my budget but still met my needs. Mike in the finance department was easy going and very personable. The whole experience was top notch. I will definitely refer them to people I know.

I sent my car in for warranty work and whomever calls to get approvals was extremely slow. I had to call the warranty company myself when the dealership said they were waiting on the warranty company . Turns out it was the dealership we were waiting on. This happened a second time. To replace a wheel and tire under warranty took almost 2 weeks! I bought a car from there in December and they have the worst customer service. I have questions I need answers for and I can't even get a call back for answers. I should of read the reviews before I bought a car from them .
