Horrible experience I got screwed bad seen it coming and we still let them do it when they told me that dealerships don't really go by kellyblue book I should have walked away. They will only screw me once but I guess they still won. Take it from me never shop at sunset Chevrolet unless you want to get fucked. Luckely our local dealership is going to get me out of the piece of shit I got into from sunset. To keep it short and sweet, Scott Hummel needs to be made the service manager ASAP! Regarding Mike and Joey in Sales, invest in those two guys without hesitation, they're your future!
I would like to take this time to post in detail why the service is so horrible. At first the service was great. Helpful and understanding and willing to go out of the way to help a customer or so I thought. Problem 1. My car starts to act up and not drive how it should. I contact them and get in to have it diagnosed. The diagnosis was it needed an idle reset and relearn. The day u get th car back it still isn't fixed as it does the same thing the same day. I purchased a car that was just traded in I had to wait 7 days to receive my car because they still had to do the safety inspection plus they were suppose to remove the dings off the car there were three and fix the scuff on the bumper. They fixed the scuff on the bumper but told me there wasn't enough money to do the dings on my doors I find that to be a strange comment on why they didn't fix my door dings plus there was a chip in the paint on the hood and a chip in the windshield right at eye level of the driver which was ... read more
