It is the only dealership that my wife and I will go and buy a new vehicle. We bought a new 2017 Silverado we never thought we would ever have truck as loaded as this one. Thank you Sunset Chevrolet.
Service department is seriously lacking the skills it takes to keep their valued clients. For instance, listening to customers, speaking to them in a manner in which they feel respected. Addressing their concerns or mechanical issues with the vehicle, or doing any of this in a timely manner. Thumbs down... Learn to treat your customers properly, come on..
Worst customer service besides a select few, but definitely horrible management. They scam people left and right instead of doing the right thing. We traded in a vehicle to get another one, that vehicle turned out to have problems, and was in and out of the shop. They couldn't figure it out and said you can keep the one that's not working right or we can help you get into a new vehicle.
