Bought a van here never received my calendar. They also jacked up the price a thousand on the way there. Tough to deal with sales guy likes to argue started a fight with my wife and I.
Sold me a 2016 damaged Silverado for over $33,000 they did not disclose damage, told me it was in excellent condition with no dents, no scratches, no flaws... WRONG our local chevy dealer and 2 other autobody shops estimate over $3600 to properly repair it. The GM Buzz Nielsen told me I was too picky! Really?! $3600 in damage is too picky??? They wont pay and they wont take it back! Final word on Sunset Trucks = STAY AWAY, they lie and they dont care once they have your money! - Kent M. Collins
Broke the bug-guard net on my sunroof so the roof would not close all the way. After diagnostics Service Dept. gave me two options to fix the problem. The option I chose saved me about $1400.00. Also had the passenger-side right blinker replaced. Everything works properly now, saved me tons of money, & did it all in about an hour. I'm a very happy camper (as usual at Sunset). Thank you.
PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THESE SHADY CROOKS. SERVICE ADVISED ME I NEEDED WORK DONE ON MY VEHICLE AND AFTER I HAD IT CHECKED BY LES SCHWAB NO WORK WAS NEEDED. ALSO DON'T LET THEM TALK YOU INTO EXTENDED WARRANTY AS IT DOESN'T COVER EVERYTHING LIKE THEY TELL YOU IT DOES. SHADY SHADY SHADY
I have to say that I have pretty big expectations when it comes to buying a new vehicle. We were treated excellent by the salesmen, finance department and the manager. I would recommend this dealership to any one that wants top notch service when purchasing a car we never felt pressure from the salesman.
