Went there for my scheduled oil change... Took.three hours. Also needed my left rear tire checked for leaks... They checked the wrong tire initially..then told me there was nothing wrong with the tire. PSI today 26 instead of 34. Also the third time I gave asked for a car wash....never done. Have had horrible service here from day one...would never recommend sunset Chevrolet to anyone...
Went looking for something specific and was beyond pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and atmosphere of the staff! We were referred to Jeff Fisher and at no point were we forced into something we didn't want, didn't fit our needs or couldn't afford- the entire experience was about our lifestyle and requirements and he always took our budget into primary consideration. I was referred here by my parents and I was not disappointed. The customer service was top notch and Tiana Goode & Ryan Watson took care of me and made sure to meet my financial needs. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to take a look at Sunset.
