I had an awesome experience with Tiana and Ryan Watson when I purchased my car in September. They were extremely patient with me and helped me feat a great deal. I also want to give a shout out to the Service dept. They were awesome. I would recommend Sunset Chevrolet to my friends and family. Than you Tiana and Ryan.
I can't believe it's taken this long for me to find this wonderful dealership. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Every other one should take customer service lessons from Sunset. Thank you so much, I'm in love with my new Midnight Edition Tahoe.
I do not even want to give them one star. If you would like to be lied to completely taken advantage of I would totally recommend going to this dealership. I have bought many cars if my live and I have never felt this way nor had this experience.
Oil changed. In and out in 30 ...Felt slightly rushed to be shown the door at the end as trying to pack up the toddler wasn't fast enough for customer service.

Went to Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner where we had a mixed experience. However, Jake Sommer provided excellent customer service. I would trust him to sell a car to my grandma. He was polite, let us take up all his time test driving, he wasn't pushy at all, and unlike other people we dealt with there he had our best interest at hand. Great service and great staff. They even paid for my rental because they had to keep car for a short time and didnt want me spending my Saturday afternoon there. Love these guys.
I took my car down there for an oil change, nothing special. When someone makes an appointment an oil change for a car should only take an hour at most. They had me there for two hours, and when I finally got my car they flat out lied to me about bogus repairs my car needs. I too am a mechanic by trade, but to here them straight up lie to me made me realize I never want to come back to this dealership ever!
