I have changed my review for Sunset Chevy. When you schedule appointments for repairs, warranties, oil changes call and verify it's in the system several times, even after receiving texts and phone reminders from Sunset. I have scheduled 4 appointments and each time received text and phone confirmation but then show up to find no appointment scheduled causing further delays for repairs and extended wait times. I starting to think this lifetime warranty might be more of a hassle than good...
